About the Women's and Children's Hospital
WCH Administrative Structure
The Women's and Children's Hospital (WCH) is a publicly funded hospital, an agency of the South Australian Government Department of Health and is controlled by the Minister for Health.
The WCH is managed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Women's and Children's Health Network (WCHN) who reports to the Chief Executive Officer of SA Health.
In December 2004, the Chief Executive announced the Executive structure for the Women's and Children's Health Network (WCHN).
The structure includes both strategic and clinical leadership positions, and has been designed to ensure that the WCH is able to successfully respond to the objectives of the Government's health reform agenda.
