Proposed Organisational Structure for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS)

Following an independent review of CAMHS in late 2014, a number of recommendations were made with one of these relating to the current organisational structure of CAMHS. A new structure has now been proposed which supports our staff in providing you and/or your clients with the delivery of services that have been identified as valuable by staff, clients, carers and stakeholders.

The proposed organisational structure builds on work that CAMHS has undertaken with its staff, stakeholders and consumers and carers, notably the development of the Model of Care and the outcomes of a series of projects, known as Radical Redesign.

The proposed structure unites CAMHS as one cohesive statewide service that is delivered across multiple sites.
