Excellence in Care Matters
In August 2017, the Women's and Children's Health Network (WCHN) consulted with staff, consumers and stakeholders to identify what elements make up the concept "excellent care" and what WCHN is doing well in terms of delivering excellent care for every person, every time; what the priorities for improvement should be; and what learning and development needs are critical to achieving success.
Over 1000 individual pieces of feedback were received during the extensive consultation process.
We are now seeking your feedback on the responsibilities of staff, managers, executive, committees and consumers in the provision of excellent care. A draft responsibilities document (1.1mb) has been developed, to have your say please participate in this survey. Your feedback is important and will assist in the development of the WCHN Strategic Vision. Feedback closes on 16 January 2018.
